Questions for Thought
What does yoga mean to you ?
Yoga is a way, and yoga is a state of being. A system of methods,
philosophies, and physical exercises to increase health so that we can
remember our inherent nature which is peace and joy.
How does yoga changed your life?
Yoga, in particular meditation and devotional practices, has expanded
and cleansed my perceptions of myself and this life. This has resulted
in a deeper awareness of self, relationships, and physical vitality.
This more conscious state of living brings forth a more honest, richer
capacity to love, be loved, and accept all beings.
How do you personally find balance in your daily life?
My priority is my well-being. So quiet time, practice time, and play
time are of upmost importance. All other things come second thereby
allowing me the “time” to “live” in balance.
What are you doing to manifest your mission?
I FOCUS ON MY STRENGTHS AND TALENTS, AND CONSCIOUSLY WORK ON MY WEAKNESS
WITH KINDNESS AND DILIGENCE. THROUGH THIS, I NATURALLY BEGIN TO
ENVISION WHAT I TRULY WANT TO BE DOING. AND WHEN I ENVISION FROM THIS
PLACE, MANIFESTATION IS INEVITABLE.
Have you done any Karma Yoga in the past year? If so, please explain.
Not within the past year. But before that I have been involved in
non-profits organizations that have missioned various projects from
teaching yoga to those with terminal illness’s, children who suffered
from severe traumas, and inner-city youth.
